TriStar Alchemy- A Private Member Association
By submitting my application to join TriStar Alchemy, a Private Member Association (“Association”), I am expressing my full and sincere agreement with all terms, conditions and policies that are communicated in this TriStar Alchemy Membership Application and Agreement (this “Agreement”).
In consideration for the mutual agreements and promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are acknowledged by the Parties; and in furtherance of the beliefs, rights, mission, and purposes indicated on the Membership Application and supporting membership materials, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. In becoming a member of TriStar Alchemy, I agree with and am in alignment with the mission, values, and statement of spiritual philosophy, as communicated on our website.
TriStar Alchemy is a spiritually driven association – the motivating purpose and objective of our organization is to provide our members with a space to thrive in their alchemical philosophy and all of its expressions, subtle and material. Members are free to conduct all manner of private exchange between other members of this association (as well as between other associations of members with whom TriStar has co-associated with).
The objective of this Association is to provide all members with a platform to conduct all manner of private business (both within the Association, and with other Associations and members) keeping business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and the Constitution of the UNITED STATES. This includes the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our spiritual Source and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.
2. As private members, we accept personal responsibility for all of our activities related to TriStar Alchemy:
Respecting Intellectual property: It is the responsibility of every member to respect the intellectual property of this Association. Members are encouraged and permitted to respectfully reference and cite TriStar’s learning materials within the Association, provided that due credit is given to the author of such content. However, members are not permitted to plagiarize or take personal, intellectual claims over any content provided by Robert Bartlett, the former entity known as Spagyricus, or any other author who is featured on this Association platform.
Privacy: It is the responsibility of every member to respect the privacy of the Association, the privacy of all other members of the Association, and the privacy of all content that is provided or made available to the member in connection with their membership experience.
By applying for membership in the Association, you agree to not share or publish any information about this association or any association member in public forums or on any public review websites (google, Yelp, etc.) without express written consent.
