Refund Policy

General Refund Policy :

TriStar Alchemy strives to provide the highest quality online courses to our valued membership base. We are confident that our programs will meet your expectations and assist you in your journey towards proficiency with the alchemical arts. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may no longer wish to continue with a course.

We have different refund policies for our various types of courses. Please read the terms specific to each course before enrolling. 

Live and on-demand hybrid courses lasting 3 months or longer:

We offer a 30 day cancellation period for 100% refund. The 30 day period begins on the day you gain access to the course content. 

Live and on-demand hybrid courses less than 3 month duration:

We offer a 7 day cancellation period for 100% refund. The 7 day period begins on the day you gain access to the course content. 

Evergreen self-study courses:

The deadline to receive a full refund for on-demand self study courses is 7 days after purchase with a caveat that less than 30% of the course was accessed. 

Monthly Subscriptions: (Apprenticeship, The Lab and Archive):

These are monthly subscriptions and can be canceled at any time. Canceling membership will result in loss of access to that program. A full refund for that month is available if canceled within 7 days of purchase. 

In-person events:

Each event will have its own policy, Please read the terms specific to each event before enrolling.

To request a refund

To initiate the refund process, please notify us via email at support@tristaralchemy.org stating your name, contact info and decision to discontinue the course. Once we receive your refund request within the allotted time period, we will process your refund promptly. You can expect the refund to be processed within 5 business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment you used during enrollment.

We realize that life happens and sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Such are the laws of nature inherent to the doctrines we are studying. If you have extenuating circumstances for a need to cancel outside of our refund policy, please reach out to us and we will consider on a case by case basis. 

Note: TriStar Alchemy reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time. In such cases, we will notify our students by updating the policy on our website and providing reasonable notice to those affected.
